1.Graduate with 10+ years of experience in sales & marketing, counselling, or institutional partnerships within the education sector.

2. Strong local network and established relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills with key stakeholders.

4. Proven ability to generate leads, engage institutions, understand their business needs, and convert opportunities.

5. Revenue-driven yet ethical professional, comfortable with revenue-sharing models and aligned with a long-term educational vision.

• Identifying and understanding the needs of schools, institutes, and education-focused organizations

• Initiating and nurturing long-term institutional relationships

• Facilitating partnerships aligned with student well-being, educator development, and parent engagement

• Coordinating with the XceedMinds team to customize and deliver relevant programs

• Supporting smooth onboarding and execution of approved initiatives

• Contributing to sustainable district-level growth through ethical and value-based engagement
